Our approach
Space to try.
Room to reconsider.

Compare your replies, explore alternative approaches and choose one practical change to take into your next conversation.

How the practice responds to you
Write your own reply, explore possible reactions, then review and revise. The fact challenge checks one claim against the scene and explains the answer. Use the scene-specific guidance and alternative replies to review your own wording.
Speak it. Play it back.
Rehearse aloud, or record a short reply and listen to it yourself. Recording asks for microphone access. Audio stays in this page, is not uploaded and is cleared when you change practice step, leave the situation or reload. There is no transcription or speech assessment.
Recording is optional and limited to two minutes. You can always rehearse without a microphone.
